Nurturing Deeper Connections
to Earth, Body & Soul
Terra (noun): Earth; the earth’s body
Our human bodies are an extension of the earth’s body.
In dominant culture, humans have come to believe that we are separate and superior to nature. We have dominated and exploited the earth in a way that our own survival is at risk. The way that we are living on the earth is impacting our bodies and psyches. Many of us feel a pull to reconnect, relearn, and heal our connection to the earth.
Growing up on a farm in Pennsylvania, I found joy and wonder in connection to nature. I heard the call to do this personal work when I was studying communication strategies for the climate crisis and began to reckon with how we are living on the earth and our collective human shadow. Over ten years later, I am deeply passionate about facilitating nature reconnection and eco-somatic experiences 1:1 with clients and in groups for individual and collective healing.

Along the way, we learn that there are parts of ourselves and our experience that are unacceptable or intolerable. We survive by controlling and disconnecting. The journey back to wholeness can include reconnecting with our core self, relearning how to regulate our nervous systems, reprocessing past experiences, rediscovering our values. and rewriting who we know ourselves to be.
1:1 Psychotherapy & Intensives
I work with clients who may be feeling overwhelmed or lost in their lives and over the state of the world. I see myself as a co-therapist with the earth and spirit, helping clients to tap into their own guidance. I utilize my clinical training in somatics, ecotherapy, parts work, and EMDR. I also draw from training in yoga, mindfulness, reiki, and esoteric practices like tarot, astrology, and ecospirituality.
