Mind-Body Support for Major Life Changes
Navigating major life changes can be overwhelming and confusing. Holistic counseling offers compassionate, integrative support that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. Blending traditional talk therapy with mindfulness practices, somatic awareness, and emotional healing techniques, clients are empowered to process change on a deeper level. As a trauma-informed, heart-centered practitioner, I offer personalized, evidence-based care to help you reconnect with yourself, process deep emotions, and find meaning through challenge and change.
For individuals experiencing…
-
Grief touches every part of us—mind, body, and spirit. Grief asks us to slow down, to expand our hearts, to process deep emotion, to meet ourselves with compassion, and to find meaning in the midst of loss.
-
Pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period are times of profound transformation. Whether you're expecting your first baby, healing from a difficult birth, or navigating the emotional shifts of early parenthood, perinatal support provides the compassionate, whole-person care you deserve.
-
Feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or uncertain about your career path? Whether you're facing a job transition, career burnout, workplace stress, or simply seeking more meaning in your work, career counseling can help you find clarity, direction, and renewed purpose.
-
Whether you're navigating romantic relationships, friendships, or family dynamics, unresolved attachment issues can impact your ability to feel safe, seen, and connected with others. We can address the root causes of emotional disconnection—working with the mind, body, and spirit to understand your attachment patterns, process early relationship wounds, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
-
Living with chronic pain or illness can impact every part of your life. The constant struggle with symptoms, medical treatments, and uncertainty can lead to feelings of isolation, anxiety, depression, grief, and even identity loss. By combining traditional talk therapy with somatic awareness, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed care, you can reconnect with resilience, inner strength, and a sense of meaning—even in the midst of ongoing health challenges.
“The moment in between what you once were, and who you are now becoming, is where the dance of life really takes place.”

Let’s get started!
Step 1: Consultation
I offer a free 15 minute consultation where you can discuss what you would like to work on and what you’re looking for in a therapist. I share about myself, my approach and how we might proceed. If it feels like a good fit for you, we discuss logistics like insurance, scheduling, directions, and more.
Step 2: Building Connection
It’s important to me that you feel a sense of connection with me as your therapist. It’s an embodied awareness that I see you, hear you, and understand you. It can take a few sessions for you to tell your story, build trust, and for us to make a plan on what to focus on and how to work together.
Step 3: Embodied Change
I believe your body knows how to heal and adapt. No matter what we decide to focus on, I make it a point to reflect back to you what’s working so that you can watch yourself become more whole and centered in who you know yourself to be. I offer skills, tools, guidance and warmth but you are always in the driver’s seat.
