Mind-Body Support for Major Life Changes

Navigating major life changes can be overwhelming and confusing. Holistic counseling offers compassionate, integrative support that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. Blending traditional talk therapy with mindfulness practices, somatic awareness, and emotional healing techniques, clients are empowered to process change on a deeper level. As a trauma-informed, heart-centered practitioner, I offer personalized, evidence-based care to help you reconnect with yourself, process deep emotions, and find meaning through challenge and change.

An experienced holistic counselor offering compassionate guidance and support throughout your healing journey.

With over ten years of experience in somatics, starting as a yoga teacher, and almost 8 years as a licensed clinical professional counselor, I combine evidence-based practices with mind-body-spirit techniques to support clients through the big life changes. I bring a warm and relational style and believe that my own lived experience with loss, pregnancy & parenting, career changes, pain and more help me meet each client with compassion. I draw from:

  • Mindfulness-Based Therapy

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Somatic Therapy

  • Energy Psychology

  • Yoga-Informed Techniques

Together, we’ll explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, helping you shift patterns, release stored emotion, and move toward a more grounded and connected life.

Let’s get started!

Step 1: Consultation

I offer a free 15 minute consultation where you can discuss what you would like to work on and what you’re looking for in a therapist. I share about myself, my approach and how we might proceed. If it feels like a good fit for you, we discuss logistics like insurance, scheduling, directions, and more.

Step 2: Building Connection

It’s important to me that you feel a sense of connection with me as your therapist. It’s an embodied awareness that I see you, hear you, and understand you. It can take a few sessions for you to tell your story, build trust, and for us to make a plan on what to focus on and how to work together.

Step 3: Embodied Change

I believe your body knows how to heal and adapt. No matter what we decide to focus on, I make it a point to reflect back to you what’s working so that you can watch yourself become more whole and centered in who you know yourself to be. I offer skills, tools, guidance and warmth but you are always in the driver’s seat.

Free Consultation – Let's Begin

The first step is a free 15-minute online consultation. You’ll have a chance to ask questions, share your needs, and see if this work feels like a good fit. Together, we’ll create a path that honors your story, your pace, and your wholeness.
